By registering your De Rosa frame, you receive 1 extra year of warranty on top of the standard 2-year factory warranty period.
The warranty applies to frames purchased through the official dealer channel in the Benelux and is valid for the first owner only. The warranty is not transferable.
The warranty period starts on the purchase date.
The frame number is located on the underside of the frame, near the bottom bracket
The frame number consists of 3 letters + 2 digits or 2 letters + 3 digits. The last letter (“ F ” in the example below) should not be included.

If your frame number is not recognised, you can send an email to service@bicimondo.com with a copy of your invoice and a photo of the frame number.
